You will usually receive this email message within 2-3 days following your purchase.

The Order Number is provided for the specific purchase on the Confirmation Page. This Order Number can also be found on the Invoice that was emailed to you after the purchase was made on our website.

The email address has to be the Email Address that was provided for that specific purchase at the time. Therefore, it is usually the Email Address where you received the email invoice for additional confirmation.

Once you have these items, visit the “AdvanceTon.com” website and click on the page link called “Track Your Order”.

After clicking on “Track Your Order”, you will immediately access the page with the fill-out form. Type in the Order Number and the Email Address in their respective fields and click on the “Track” button.

After clicking on the “Track” button, you will immediately have access to the “Postal Carrier” website with the status of the shipping process as well as the estimated date of arrival.

Although our postal service carrier may vary, we most likely used the services of the USPS. As of the current time, we only ship to purchases made in the United States.
